Rome Nichols joined the team in 2021 and is currently one of our senior
completion engineers, project engineers and asset managers. Prior to joining the team, for 6 years he headed operations for two independents. Prior to that, he was Asset Manager – Production and Completions Midcon for Chesapeake Energy. Rome holds a B.S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Geology from Texas Tech University.
